Over the course of the last four years, we have worked with many different television production companies and film crews that have helped to capture the beauty of the animals we work with, as well as our vision for the future. Exposure in the media is an important tool for change – we want to educate the masses of the major loss to our native reptiles, amphibians and other species.
In the realm of film, Celtic Rewilding has been a key collaborator with various television production companies and film crews over the past two years. Our mission is to showcase the beauty of the animals we work with and spread awareness about the rising threat of extinction to native reptiles and amphibians. Through widespread media exposure, we aim to educate and inspire change, shedding light on both the challenges and successes in the realm of conservation.
Due to the fact all our animals are in large naturalistic enclosures, we can alter the habitat/background to suit you. Want a sand lizard in a dune system? We can do that. Want the sand lizard in heathland? Done.
While on-site, there is a multitude of species to film and capture with your camera.
Our team make great animal handlers to ensure both yourself and the animals remain safe and stress-free! We also provide the option to have expert photography advice from our good friend Jack Perks in our workshops.
Adjacent to our facility we have a large car park, with a cafe/shop next door.
For the last few years, we have run photography workshops at our facility, giving photographers of all levels and skill sets an opportunity to capture the beauty of Europe’s reptiles and amphibians, here in the UK. There is now no need to travel all over Europe to photograph its animals.
